Spontaneity! (Aka: Look! A Carnival!)
Before I document adventures of today, I must mention fabulous lunches of the yesterday! Yesterday I finally got to see my very lovely friend, Jenni, and we had a most delicious luncheon at Panera. Yum!

Jenni is almost finished with her teaching credential and has been very busy indeed but I finally managed to snatch a morsel of her free time and see her for the first time since I moved here in August.
And now on to adventures of the today:
This morning Emily told us that she was off to have fun at a festival of joy and she was going to get to ride a ferris wheel. Of course I was very jelous and very much wanted to attend a carnival of some sort. But things like that just must wait, right?
Actually... on our way to juggling club we pull into the parking lot and lo and behold, look what was beheld

"Is that a carnival in the parking lot?", you say
Walking to the juggling spot, Bridget spotted a bridge and we just had to go over it apparently, which eventually led us to this tunnel. The tunnel had no mere cats inside it, so we needed to fix that problem.

Here is Bridget and I promptly fixing that

"YES! YES IT IS!" I say. And so it was fate. First juggling, and then CARNIVAL!

After juggling, carnival was explored. the first thing I noticed was that this was a very unique carnival. It offered such foods as:

"Pink carmel cheese popcorn!!!!!", you say
"Pink carmel cheese popcorn!!!!!", you say
"YES, YES IT IS!" I say. For $2! What a deal! But we did not purchase the pink carmel cheese popcorn. we purchased something safe. Like half a carmel apple. In which we put together to form an entire carmel apple and promptly shared it like savages.

Next was ferris wheel time. Ferris wheel time cost $4. Bridget was at first terrified at such great heights moving swiftly over the carnival. I, on the other hand, was quite pleased.

After carnival time we traveled to Jonathan and Dione's house to feed their very nice cat some chips.

oooh you found a carnival, what fun!!
