Sprinklets of fun
This past week has been extraordinary hectic, stressful and full of work. Since I returned from Austin this past weekend, there has been almost non-stop studying, writing and researching. Grad school this semester is less fun but you could say more interesting. I have started my level 1 fieldwork and run OT groups once a week at a local OT clinic. Wednesday, armed with a parachute, I will attempt to teach 6 and 7 year-old boys to socialize.
:)
Pictures of fun things are now necessary

Here I am attempting to juggle and hoola AT THE SAME TIME!

One of our performers, Jim Mackenzie, attempts to blow up a balloon via pump through his nasal cavity and his mouth.

Nate and I on the rola bola magically hoola hooping a 6-foot hula hoop.

2. Holi Festivl 2010

Some classmates and I attended a Holi Festival this weekend. It is an Indian cultural event of forgiveness, diversity and togetherness. Bright colored powders are thrown in celebration, spread on faces and danced about in.

3. My first-ever roller derby game!

Ever since I met my classmate, Caitlin and learned she played in Roller Derbies, I was determined to go to one of her games. Well, this weekend I achieved that goal and learned a lot!

Here are Caitlin, Diana and I in front of the rink.
